FAQ

Do you offer "green" flooring?
Absolutely! Green flooring is flooring made from renewable materials like bamboo or cork. While this used to mean that you were sacrificing quality over time or design aesthetics, that’s no longer the case. Green flooring has progressed leaps and bounds over the past few years and is now a wonderful way to enhance your space while remaining environmentally friendly.

How long does it take to get a new floor?
That depends We suggest that you budget at least three weeks for carpet and four weeks for hardwood, laminate, tile or engineered flooring. We won’t always have what you’re looking for in stock, so it’s important to leave enough time to order your materials and have them arrive. Once your new flooring arrives, it can take a few hours to a few days to complete the installation depending on the type of flooring and the amount of square footage. We will gladly provide an estimate for delivery and installation during our initial in-home consultation.

What flooring companies do you use?

We work with only the best flooring manufacturers to bring you the highest quality flooring products. Currently, we work with Shaw, Dixie Home, Pergo, Mullican, Congoleum, and Beaulieu.

I like the idea that you'll help me choose the right materials for my project; will I be paying more for your designer?
No. All of our design services are complimentary and part of doing business with Kruper Flooring & Design. We want you to be happy with your new floor and we believe our design services will help ensure that you’re getting the right materials for your project.

Will you come to my house/office?

We’d love to! In order to keep our costs down and pass the savings onto our clients, Kruper Flooring & Design doesn’t have a showroom. Instead, we’ll bring samples directly to your home or office so you can see how they look in your environment. We’ll do design consultations and go over materials right in your project room so you can be sure it’s exactly what you want.
